Service Programs

Chloe Scott Memorial Pantry

    Food is distributed throughout the year to needy families.  The food is donated by individuals and churches or purchased with monetary donations.   Purchases from The Southeast Texas Food Bank help stretch donated dollars.  More than 650 families and  2000 individuals were served through the pantry in 2005. 

    Volunteers sort donations into racks and bins, and prepare "food orders" based on family size.  Volunteers are essential to the operation of this program.
