| Hands & Feet: Volunteer Opportunities Furniture Pick Up Volunteer Description People call the Mission with donations of furniture but no way to get it to us. People are needed to be available on a regular schedule to assist in loading and unloading. Anyone with a pickup or van to use could add an additional route to our pick up schedule.
Skills A strong back and a willing spirit. If you are driving, some knowledge of area streets and roads would be helpful. NOTE: a vehicle is not required for helping with pick up. Time Required Usually three to four hours on each volunteer day. We hope to have enough teams working that none need commit to more than one day per month
